ANEI is committed to ensuring transparency in membership processing and refund mechanisms.

Refund Policy

In case your membership application is not accepted for any reason, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting a 2% payment gateway transaction fee.

Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment and may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

Once your membership is approved and activated, or you’ve participated in a paid event, no cancellation or refund will be applicable under any circumstances.

The 2% deduction covers third-party transaction/processing charges and is non-refundable.
